About MapHabit
MapHabit is an evidence-based program that uses step-by-step visual guides to help individuals living with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias (ADRD) complete activities of daily living (ADLs).
MapHabit is designed to support brain health and habit memory for individuals needing cognitive support while supporting caregivers, too.

MapHabit's Care Partner Training Program is a six-month-long research study (NCT05527405) open to dementia caregivers. The program includes individual support sessions to equip care partners with targeted strategies to address specific challenges and resources to enhance your caregiving experience.
