Support That Goes Beyond Technology
At MapHabit, it’s personal. Our team knows first-hand that being a support partner can be hard, so we created MapHabit to empower individuals and make each day better.
Empowering Minds, Enriching Lives
Inspired by his uncle's Alzheimer's diagnosis and cousin with Down syndrome, CEO and Co-Founder Matt Golden recognized a crucial gap in healthcare: the demand for an accessible and cost-effective solution that enhances the well-being of individuals needing cognitive support and their care partners.
Collaborating with neuroscientist and Co-Founder Stuart Zola, Ph.D, MapHabit was born as an evidence-driven platform that empowers autonomy and enhances quality of life.
Our goal is to provide innovative cognitive support solutions that foster independence and improve well-being.

"MapHabit helps me talk to [my husband] about issues I’m having because now he knows how to fix them. Before, I didn’t want to admit where I was having trouble. Now, if I can tell him, ‘I can’t do this,’ he can make a map for me, and I can do it. That makes me feel better—everything’s not thrown onto him. We’re in this together."

“MapHabit is a blessing to me, as well as those who care for my mom. My stress level was reduced, important questions were answered, and I received kind, patient, and beneficial support!”

“I plan more, I am less stressed, and I feel more confident in taking care of my spouse. Writing down of my husband's routine in the morning helps me to realize all the work that it takes to get him ready. I became appreciative of all that I do. Being a caregiver, one does not always feel I that they are doing enough.”
