Support That Goes Beyond Technology

At MapHabit, it’s personal. Our team knows first-hand that being a care support partner can be hard, so we created MapHabit to empower individuals and make each day better.

Our story

Empowering Minds, Enriching Lives

Inspired by his uncle's Alzheimer's diagnosis and cousin with Down syndrome, CEO and Co-Founder Matt Golden recognized a crucial gap in healthcare: The demand for an accessible and cost-effective solution that enhances the well-being of individuals needing cognitive support and their care partners.Collaborating with neuroscientist and Co-Founder Stuart Zola, Ph.D, MapHabit was born as an evidence-driven platform that empowers autonomy and enhances quality of life.

Sharin G.

Family Care Partner

“MapHabit has been... an ally throughout this journey. [The platform] was—and continues to be—a great support system for my household.”

Jeannie Lovinggood

Family Care Partner

“I plan more, I am less stressed, and I feel more confident in taking care of my spouse. Writing down of my husband's routine in the morning helps me to realize all the work that it takes to get him ready. I became appreciative of all that I do. Being a caregiver, one does not always feel I that they are doing enough.”

Dr. Annette Mims

Family Care Partner

“MapHabit is a blessing to me, as well as those who care for my mom. My stress level was reduced, important questions were answered, and I received kind, patient, and beneficial support!”
